You use...I like to make "Goot" for this. You use equal parts coconut oil, olive oil and garlic. That way the nasty petroleum isn't being absorbed into their skin. Heat the oils gently then add the minced garlic. Allow it to cool a bit. You can use it then or let it harden (think very thick lotion) in the fridge.
