Am I also supposed to put the potatoes in the pan to cook before they are quite soft enough? Or am I supposed to cook them fully, drain them, and then put the mixture in the pan to cook in the oven?

Also, I now realize why I wasn't supposed to peel the cloves, AT ALL. Oops. If I had just dropped the entire bulb right in the water, it would have been soooo much easier to fish it out. Once cool it's easy to slip all the peels off.

I made the mistake of still separating the individual cloves, which made them all look like little pieces of the floating potatoes next to them. Lesson learned.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18244011791244687920noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7015641473202244138.post-12870956689636508632013-02-24T19:22:35.421-07:002013-02-24T19:22:35.421-07:00My family loved these!!!My family loved these!!!Kristihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01777490108523926575noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7015641473202244138.post-17180009004330403992013-02-23T15:03:49.899-07:002013-02-23T15:03:49.899-07:00These look Yummy, now I have dinner tonight thanks...These look Yummy, now I have dinner tonight thanks so much:)Kristahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04718417166334509665noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7015641473202244138.post-22518518063713011842013-01-28T10:54:24.273-07:002013-01-28T10:54:24.273-07:00Miss Niss: When we had it with Christmas dinner w...Miss Niss: When we had it with Christmas dinner we served is with Broccoli Salad, Baked beans, veggie tray and crackers with lots of dip, sweet potatoes and punch but that was Christmas dinner after all. ;) Last time I just served it with a big Salad.
