The taste was good but the rough texture was ummmm strange. I can see it being hea...Breezy: Hummm grainy huh? I can see it being heavier then regular cake because of the whole wheat flour. What kind of wheat did you use? Was it the hard WHITE wheat? <br><br>I have noticed sometimes that sucanat will have big grains and not disolve very well. You could blend it in you blender a little before adding it to a recipe so it is not so course. Or just make sure to mix it in well with the wet ingredients so it disolves better. Hope that helps.
