Share the Health!

Many of you have probably noticed the button grabbing feature on my side bar. I just thought I would post it here to encourage my faithful readers who are enjoying my recipes to go ahead and share the health by adding my button to your blog, talk about it on facebook, create a fan page, twitter about me, whatever it is you do to spread the word! I've been having lots of ideas in the form of recipe books, easy menu planning downloads, more healthy food storage ideas and of course lots and lots of Tasty recipes!

But I'm going to need more support to truly have an impact! (And to keep me motivated;) By the end of this year I would like to have at least 500 followers! My whole purpose for starting this blog was to help families (mostly by helping Moms) be Simply Healthier! They need to know that healthy doesn't have to be hard! (or taste bad;) I know that there are many more people and families who would find the Simple, Healthy, Tasty lifestyle to be a great benefit to them if they only knew about it! I am ready to take things to the next level and I need your help! Let's make Simple, Healthy, Tasty have more of an impact!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Oh and by the way when you post the button it isn't as big as the one below.

P.S. Also notice on my side bar that I now have a facebook fan page! Go ahead and become a Simple, Healthy, Tasty, fan and tell your friends about it too!

Tammie,
I am new to your blog (and to healthful eating) and just tried your Ginger Snaps. They are awesome! I'm so excited to try other things too. I have many questions for you though and am wondering if I can email you?

Did it!! I also wrote a post about your blog. It has been very helpful to me--thanks!! I am now researching herbs and natural healing even more than before because of your button to the school of natural healing. Good luck going to the next level!! Sorry I don't have many readers for you, but every little bit helps!!

I found your blog a couple of days ago when I was researching sprouted grain bread recipes (hopped over from a link on another blog), and it was love at first sight. I started cutting back on meat eating when I was 10 years old and was a complete vegetarian by age 14. In the 20 years since that time, I have developed definite vegan tendencies, but we still eat some cheese and use limited dairy. I would *LOVE* to see menu planning stuff, as I've been working hard to get back into that again. It's tough because my oldest dd is a rather picky eater, and my twins are starting to tell me they don't like things that they've always eaten (black beans and pancakes, for example.....although I did make sprouted millet/quinoa/oatmeal pancakes a couple of weeks ago that she actually ate and enjoyed). It seems I can't serve any one meal where someone doesn't complain about something. So, I'm trying to be inspired, and healthy, and inspired (oh, I already said that, didn't I?).
