Pasta Salad


Pasta Salad
1 box favorite whole grain pasta, Cooked and drained, we like Rittoni
Favorite veggies, chopped
We like, onion, grape or cherry tomatoes, broccoli, zucchini, olives, carrots
Favorite oil based dressing, we like my Honey Mustard, or this dressing:

Oil and Vinegar Dressing
1 part olive oil, use light  if not used to strong olive flavor
1 part honey or agave
1 part apple cider vinegar and/or balsamic
1 clove garlic
Italian Type Seasonings

In large bowl combine all salad ingredients.  In cruet combine dressing ingredients, shake well pour over pasta salad.  Best if made ahead of time and can marinate for a few hours or overnight.

i made this salad today for our family bbq...YUM!!! i used mixed it w/the honey mustard dressing, absolutely loved it! thanks for sharing!!!

Are the veggies for this all completely raw? I know some call for blanching etc. :)

Melanine H.: I never cook any of the veggies or even blanch them for pasta salad.
