Mexican Seasoning
Onion, chopped (opt.)
Mushrooms, chopped (opt.)
Tomatoes, chopped
Lettuce, chopped
Fresh Cilantro, chopped (opt.)Ranch Dressing
Fry tortillas until crisp in Coconut Oil. Mix beans, onions, mushrooms, and seasonings together in a sauce pan and warm. Spread cheezy sauce then bean mixture on crisp tortilla. Sprinkle with tomatoes, lettuce, and other toppings if wanted. ENJOY!
