Really Easy Fruit Salads

Really Easy Fruit Salad
Lots of your favorite fresh fruit cut up if needed
Juice of one lime

That's it!  In a really large bowl mix together lime juice and fruit.  I always make sure to mix and coat the fruit with the lime juice while I'm cutting it up it helps keep it from browning.  This is a super simple way to make a fruit salad and to be sure to use up good fruit before it gets too old.  Below are some lists of our favorite fruit mixtures and a list of fruits that are great in fruit salads.  Have fun be creative use fruits you know everyone likes and maybe add a few new ones!  Fit it to your tastes!  Use whatever you have!


2 Mangoes                                       
1 Fresh Pineapple                               
8 oz. of Strawberries                           
1 carton of Blueberries                         
2 pears                                               
1 apple                                               

16 oz. of Strawberries
1 carton of Blueberries
2 pears
2 apples
1 bunch of grapes
2 bananas

2-3 Mangoes
8 oz. Strawberries
4 Kiwi
2 Persimmons
3 Bananas
1/2 Pomegranate

Bananas
Grapes
Kiwi
Pineapple
Mangoes
Papaya
Pears
Apples
Oranges
Grapefruit
Water Mellon
Cantaloupe
Honeydew
Persimmons

Sometimes I like to add some shredded or flaked coconut to my fruit salads.
